campaign targets

PACE provides industry leading targeting options for campaigns including display on the screensaver, home-screen , or in-application as well as providing in-call and after-call, SMS triggered as well as interstitial options from within a single client.

mobile-display-advertising

Conceptually, PACE is an on-device ad-serving platform: a number of targeted campaigns are downloaded from a server and then the client determines which of these campaigns is shown to the user and in what order.

This is achieved through the use of rules that assign a display priority to each campaign. At its simplest, this priority is fixed at the point of campaign creation. A campaign with a fixed display priority priority is shown in order so long as the campaign metadata describing validity dates remains valid.

In a more complex scenario, rules can be crafted that provide for a very fine level of control over campaign display, impression-counts, separation between impressions, reporting, and update. This means, for example, it is possible to create campaigns whose display is:

Using rules guarantees that simple campaigns are simple to create and campaigns of arbitrary complexity are possible...

multiple campaign views

Uniquely, PACE supports the idea of multiple views of a single mobile display advertisements.

What this means is that the users sees different images depending on whether the campaign is shown on the screensaver, home-screen or in-application. This one-advertisement, many-views approach means that regardless of handset mode or orientation, the user sees the optimal view of the current advertisement.
