home-screen advertisements

Every time a user unlocks their handset, they see the 'home-screen' or 'idle-screen' and so this presents an ideal location to display opt-in advertising

Advertisements on the idle screen provide guaranteed visibility to users. Using rules PACE provides fine grained control over all aspects of when and how campaigns are displayed.

PACE displays campaigns on the home screen according to their display priority. These campaigns are shown either as overlays, drawn on top of the home screen or within applications embedded in the home-screen. The user can press a special key or tap a visible campaigns in order to bring up the actions associated with the campaign.

Almost every PACE campaign has a home-screen component. The home-screen provides the contextual linkage between mobile advertisements displayed on the Screensaver or as a Overlay which is drawn over the top of another app.

Most campaigns also have a list of click-through actions which are shown in a Focused view when the user chooses to click on the ad.

As with all PACE campaigns, detailed metrics can be generated including impressions and click-throughs. rules can also throttle impression rates, limit by time-of-day, day-of-week and more according to agency needs.
