Phidget can assist operators by customising our white-label PACE client as well as creating tailored apps and campaigns for specific needs
Phidget supplies a range of pre-built campaigns as well as campaign templates that enable operators to rapidly deploy a range of value added mobile marketing, enhanced telephony and messaging services to their subscribers. We recognise that customisations may be required and so offer a range of options to accommodate every need.
custom campaigns
At the simplest level, custom campaigns can be created.
Phidget or our partners can create these campaigns on behalf of operators. Alternatively, we can supply an SDK for third party use.
custom campaign shortcuts
PACE campaigns can either be scheduled for display by the client rules engine or can be displayed as a result of a user clicking on an app icon.
A PACE shortcut is a very small, very simple, native application that directs the rules engine to display a nominated campaign immediately. For this reason, these apps are called campaign ‘shortcuts’ — they literally start, tell the PACE client to display a campaign and then exit.
When an app icon is clicked or tapped, the PACE engine then creates the UI for the nominated campaign as if it were scheduled for normal display. In most cases, the UI is a Popup view that behaves as a full blown operating system application.
custom client builds
All of our client solutions are white-label and an operator can brand them in any way they desire. By default, these white-label clients contain the full set of PACE features.
In some cases, this may not be desirable and so Phidget is able to create custom client builds with specific functionality added or omitted according to client needs.
